I can ‘t tell you how many times I hear we just bought the house and now there is a problem.

Like the former homeowner didn’t know this already. Yes they knew all about it.

Most new homeowners don’t have much money left over after closing. Getting a big bill just doesn’t fit in the plans. So it’s very important to an septic inspection done.

There is no simple answer on a septic inspection. Always have the tank pumped out right before an inspection. In order for our cameras to see everything I’ll need an empty tank. From there I’ll be able to use the camera to see how things are. From the tank I’ll need to dig up any and all D box’s . From there I’ll able to go into each field.

Now that’s a full septic system inspection. Anything less is just not good enough. I see these half ass inspections everyday.

However most people just don’t want to pay for this kind of inspection, and those are the ones that call me afterwards. You get what you pay for as they say.
